Culture Secretary says voters in no doubt of Brexit consequences when asked about crippling visa costs

Nobody who voted Conservative in the 2019 election could have been in any doubt of the consequences, the Culture Secretary told me when I asked him about crippling visa costs for artists and musicians post-Brexit.
