John Nicolson MP discusses drug use at music festivals on DCMS Committee

Do you think we, as politicians, need to have a more imaginative discussion about drugs? My sense is that politicians across all parties are often very scared of what the tabloids will do if they stray from very narrow confines in this particular debate.
