SNP MP questions candidate for Charity Commission chair on impartiality

The UK Government has a preferred candidate for chair of the Charity Commission. He’s an ex-Tory candidate who says he’s no longer a Conservative. I asked Orlando Fraser whether we can trust him to be impartial. Listen to his answer.
